Megan Hinchley
After gaining a Bachelor Degree in Communication from the University of Canberra in 2002, Megan's passion for health led her to a career in public health and social marketing. Megan has been training in Canberra gyms since 2001 and began working in the fitness industry in 2006.

Megan is a competitive powerlifter, and enjoys a vast array of other activities including boxing, strength and conditioning training, yoga, swimming, cycling, and walks around the natural surrounds of Canberra.

Megan is a registered Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Older Adults Trainer with Fitness Australia and holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate. Her qualifications include:

Holly McDonald
Holly is a passionate personal trainer, who is dedicated to developing the strength, fitness and confidence of her clients.
Holly grew up in Northern NSW and Darwin, but has lived in Canberra since 2003. Holly leads an active lifestyle and enjoys kettlebell training, strength and conditioning training, aerobics, pilates and yoga.

Holly is a registered Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor with Fitness Australia and holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate. Her qualifications include:

Dara Cullen
Dara is dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals - whether it is to lose weight, tone up, gain strength, or improve their overall fitness.
After losing almost 40kg, Dara decided to become a personal trainer, to help others achieve the goals that she herself had achieved. Dara understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and through her personal experiences and fitness qualifications, she seeks to share her knowledge with others.
Dara is a local Canberran who enjoys strength training and boxing.
