Instructions

Connect a single handle attachment to a low cable pulley. Grasp the handle with one hand, facing away from the cable machine. Take a step forward and let your arm stretch back behind your body. Curl the handle towards your shoulder by flexing at the elbow. Squeeze your bicep then lower the weight with control to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then repeat on the other side.
