Instructions
Sit on the floor with your knees bent and lean your torso back so that your torso creates a V-shape with your thighs. Hold your core tight so that your torso stays straight i.e. no bending in your lower back. Hold one end of a dumbbell with both hands under the inner plate and place it on the floor to one side of your torso. Keeping your arms relatively straight, pick up the dumbbell and twist your torso to one side until the dumbbell touches the floor on the other side.
Tips
Decrease the lean of your torso if you are unable to maintain a straight back position.
