Instructions

Place your feet on top of some stairs, a chair, bench - anything at approximate knee height will work. Place a band around your knees and hold the ends in your hands. Place your hands on the floor in front of you and place your toes up on the stairs/elevated height. Start with your knees bent and extend your knees back, raise your hips and squeeze your quads.

Tips

Remove the band if you would like less resistance or add more bands or shorten the band to create more resistance. This exercise can also be performed with your feet on the floor for an easier alternative.
