Stationary Bike/Spin Bike

Instructions

Before you start peddling be sure that the bike is set up correctly for you. Some key tips include adjusting the seat so that when the pedal is at its lowest position, your leg should be almost straight. If you can, set the handle bars to where you find them most comfortable. Adjust the pedal straps so that your feet are snug, but don’t pull them too tight as to limit the circulation to your feet. Begin peddling and be sure to press with the ball of your feet and through your heel as you push the pedal down, and pull up with the top of your foot on the upstroke.

Tip

Do not hunch your back when riding. If you feel you need to hunch, you may want to review your bike set-up.
