Suspension Trainer Bent Knee Bridge

Instructions

Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to a long length. Sitting on the ground facing the suspension trainer, place the heels of your feet in to the straps and then lie down. With your arms by your sides and your knees bent, raise your hips off the ground until you feel a strong muscle contraction in your hamstrings. Lower and repeat.
