With your hands on the ground place your feet up on the swiss ball and roll it in to place so that only your shins are on the ball. You can also place the ball in from of you and roll your body onto the ball and roll out until only your shins are on the ball. Your body should be in a straight line, with your hands inline with your elbows. Bracing your core, bring the ball towards your chest by pulling in your feet and bending at your knees. Reverse the movement, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
