Instructions

Lie on the floor, on your side, keeping your body in a straight line. Place a swiss ball between your lower legs and squeeze your legs to keep a good grip on the ball. With your arm above your head, rest your head on your hand. Place your other hand on the ground in front of you for support and balance.

Whilst squeezing the ball with your legs, raise your legs off the ground. Bring back down to repeat.

Tips

Use less pressure on your support hand that is on the ground to work more of your stability.
