Instructions

Stand with legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart, holding a medicine ball down in front of you with your arms straight. Bending back at the hips and slightly at the knees, bring the ball between your legs, whilst keeping your upper back and core engaged. Swing the ball back through your legs by extending at your hips and bring the ball up overhead. Swing the ball back down between your legs to repeat.
