Instructions

Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to a low length. Facing the anchor point, grasp a handle in each hand and lean backwards so that the ropes are taught and your body is at an angle. Keep your core braced. Keeping the ropes taught, pull yourself forwards and upwards with your arms going above your head into a ‘Y’ shape. Return to the starting position under control and repeat.
