Instructions

Place one foot in the band and have your feet approximately shoulder width apart. Grasp the loose end of the band, with your palm facing outward. With your hand at shoulder height, press the band up overhead until your arm is fully extended. Bring back to the start position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then repeat on the other side.
