Instructions
Place cable pulley at the bottom of the cable machine, with a single hand stirrup attached. Facing side on to the pulley, grasp the stirrup with your opposite hand. Step out away from the pulley and position your feet approximately shoulder width apart. Brace your core and bend over to a 45 degree angle. With the arm holding the stirrup straight and positioned across your body, pull the stirrup out to the opposite side. Return to the starting position.
Tips
Maintain a strong core position throughout this exercise to avoid your torso twisting.
