Instructions

Stand up straight with your arms to your sides. Bend over and squat down, placing your hands on the floor, slightly wider than shoulder width apart. While holding up your upper body, kick your legs back behind you, landing on your forefeet, with your body in a plank position. Keeping your upper body in place, pull your legs forward under your body, returning your feet to their original position. As you rise up to standing, jump as you clap your hands overhead. Repeat.

Tip

To decrease the intensity of this exercise you can remove the plyometric components. Step back in to the plank position, then step back to the standing position and remove the jump a the end.
