Instructions

Sit on decline bench where your lower legs can be secured under a padded bar. Cross your arms against your chest. Bracing your abdominals, lower your body backwards until your hips are almost extended. Come back up by raising your body until torso is upright. Repeat.

Tip

This exercise can also be performed with holding a weight against your chest.
