Instructions

Place two opposing cable pulleys at a low position, with single hand stirrups attached to each pulley. Grasp both stirrups with the opposite hand so that the cables cross over each other. Place your feet about shoulder width apart. Have a slight bend in your elbows and maintaining this bend, pull your arms out to your sides, raising your elbows up to shoulder height. Return to the start position with control and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
