Instructions

Kneel over a bench by placing one knee and the same side hand on the bench. Position your foot of the opposite leg on the ground. Grasp hold of dumbbell from the floor. Pull the dumbbell up to your side until it makes contact with your ribs or until your upper arm is just above horizontal. Return until arm is extended. Repeat and continue with the opposite arm.

Tips

Do not rotate your torso in an effort to bring the weight up. Your torso should be close to horizontal.
