Instructions

Standing with one leg in front of the other, with knees slightly bent, lean over slightly. Grasp a dumbbell on the same side as the leg that is at the back. Bending at the elbow, pull the dumbbell up towards your torso until it reaches your body, squeezing your shoulder blade back. Return until arm is extended. Repeat for the desired number of reps and then repeat on the other side.

Tips

Do not allow your torso to twist through the movement. Keep your core braced.
