Instructions
Grasping dumbbells, bend knees and bend over through your hips with your back flat and close to horizontal. Position dumbbells together with palms facing each other and maintaining a slight bend in your elbows. From this position raise your arms out to your sides, squeezing your shoulder blades at the top of the movement. Raise your arms until your elbows are at approximately shoulder height. Lower to the starting position to repeat.
