Instructions

Grasping a kettlebell with your right hand, stand with your legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Bend at your knees and back with your hips, keeping your core braced. Bring the kettlebell down between your legs with your right arm, reach behind your body with your left arm and transfer the kettlebell to your left hand. Swing the kettlebell around to the front and bring it back through your legs to your right hand to repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then repeat in the opposite direction.
