Instructions
Stand holding a pair of kettlebells at arm's length next to your sides. Bracing your core, hinge at your hips to lean over so that your torso is at 45 degree angle. Allow the kettlebells to hang. Row the kettlebell in the right hand up to your side, twisting the body slightly and allowing your eyes to follow the kettlebell. Feel the contraction between your shoulder blades. As you lower the kettlebell back down, row up the weight in the left hand, again twisting your body slightly and allowing your eyes to follow the kettlebell. Lower and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
You will see in the video that I changed hands in the see-saw row halfway through the set. This is because I have two different weight kettlebells, so I evened out the load on each side for each set. If you have access to the same weight kettlebells you can use those.
