Weighted Side Bend

Instructions

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Stretch your arms down by your sides. Bend your torso and crunch up so that your shoulder blades are off the ground. In this position slide one hand down aiming to reach your ankle, then retun back to the starting position and slide your other arm down towards the ankle. Repeat for desired repetitions.
