Instructions
With a medicine ball on the ground, kneel down and place both hands on the ball. Keeping your arms straight, have the ball directly beneath your chest and your knees as far back from the ball as your strength allows. Keeping your core braced and your arms close by your sides, bend your elbows until the ball is touching your chest. Press back up to the starting position and repeat.
Tips
The further your knees are from the ball the harder this exercise will be. Bring your knees in, making your body in to more of a box shape (as demonstrated in the video), for an easier option. To increase the intensity come up on to your toes.
