Instructions

Holding a powerband, stand up tall with your arms out straight in front of you and grasp hold of one side of the band with both hands. Whilst keeping your arms straight and shoulders back pull your arms outwards and push your chest out, until the band is across your chest. Return your arms to the starting position to repeat.

Tips

To increase the intensity of this exercise, increase the resistance on the band to pull-apart by grasping the band closer together. Do the opposite to decrease the intensity.
