Instructions

Position the bar on your shoulders and grasp the bar on either sides with a tight grip. Position the bar on your back as if you are going to perform a squat. Unrack the bar and walk out. Take a wide legged stance with feet pointed outwards. Keeping your back straight, bend hips to lower your torso forward . Raise torso until hips are extended. Repeat.

Tips

This is a challenging exercise. If you are new to this movement, begin with very light weight and add additional weight gradually to allow adequate adaptation.
