Instructions

Attach the suspension trainer to a high anchor point and adjust the straps to mid-length. Step back until you feel tension in the straps. Stand facing the anchor point, and walk your feet back towards the anchor point until you feel a slight pull in the upper back, with your arms out straight. Keeping your elbows high (roughly in-line with your shoulders) pull yourself up by bending your arms until your hands come past the side of your head. Maintaining a strong core, lower your body back to the start position until your arms are straight. Repeat.
