Swiss Ball Dumbbell Chest Press

Instructions

Grab a pair of dumbbells, sit on a swiss ball, and then walk your feet out until your upper back is supported by the ball. Plant your feet firmly. Hold the dumbbells over your chest with your arms extended and your feet planted firmly on the floor, keeping your hips up high. Lower the dumbbells until they are just above the chest, keeping your elbows tight to your sides. Pause, then press them back to the starting position.

Tip

Keep the tension on your chest as you press the weight up and do not let your elbows flare during the press. Keep them tight to the body.
