Swiss Ball Pike Press

Instructions

Kneel with your knees on the floor and forearms resting on the swiss ball in front of you. Roll your body onto the ball and roll out until only your shins are on the ball. Your hands should be shoulder-width apart and your arms straight. Steadily rise up into a pike position by rolling the ball forward and bending at the hips, keeping both your torso and legs straight. Bend your elbows down. Once your head is close to the floor, push yourself back up and repeat.
