Instructions

Find a bench or bar (as shown). Use a theraband that has been tied to represent a circle with an approx 30cm radius. Place your arms in the band, and have the band rest on your wrists.

Holding on to the bar, retract your shoulder blades, and inch one hand across the bench/bar, followed by the other hand. Go all the way across until you reach the end and repeat back the other way.
