Instructions

Lie face up on a bench. Grasp hold of a dumbbell in each hand, with your arms extended over your chest and palms facing away from you. Lower your forearms in towards your chest, whilst keeping your upper arms locked in position, until the bottom of the dumbbells touch your upper chest. Return the dumbbells by extending your elbows.
