Instructions
Adjust the foot rests so that your legs are on the outside of the leg pads. Adjust the machine so that your legs are as far apart as possible. Place your hands on the leg pads or grasping the outside handles. Push your legs against the pads, bringing your legs together. With control, separate your legs back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
This exercise works a very small muscle group, the adductors. Be careful not to load the weight too heavy on this exercise.
