Instructions

Stand to one side, near loaded end of a barbell. If available, place one end of the barbell into a secure corner - a wall or a piece of equipment. Stand to the side of the barbell and lift the loaded end of the barbell with one hand. Stand with a split stance, where the leg on same side of loaded arm is back and the opposite leg is forward and bent. Row the barbell up to your torso, squeezing your upper back muscles. Lower back down and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Repeat on the opposite side.
