Instructions

With one foot, position your toes and the ball of your foot on an elevated hard surface like a box or step. Place your hand on to a support for balance. Keep your other foot off the box/step. Raise the heel of the foot that is on the ledge by extending it as high as possible. Lower your heel by bending your ankle until you feel a stretch in your calf. Repeat and then continue with the opposite leg.
