Instructions

Stand in front of a plyometric box or a secure ledge, bench or step. With your feet slightly apart, swing your arms back and push your hips back. In one explosive move, swing your arms forward, spring your legs up to land on the box with soft knees. Jump back down to the start position. Repeat for the desired number of jumps.

Tips

Decrease or increase the height of the box to make this movement easier or harder. You can also perform this exercise by stepping back down.
