Instructions
Place cable pulley at a low position and attach a short bar. Grab hold of the bar with an underhand grip, and step back, facing the pulley. Place feet approximately shoulder width apart. Stand up tall and keep your arms straight. Lower into a squat position until the top of your thighs are approximately parallel to your knees or below, but keeping your arms straight. As you rise back up to a standing position pull the bar up into your chest so that you complete a row movement. As you squat back down straighten out your arms again. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
It is easy to lean forward when performing this movement. Be sure that you get lower in your squat with your hips moving down, not by bringing your torso forward.
