Instructions

Place cable pulley at a medium height position, with a small bar attached. Grab hold of the bar and step back, facing the pulley. Place feet approximately shoulder width apart. Stand up tall and keep your arms straight. Pull the bar in towards you until it touches your torso, focusing on squeezing your shoulder blades together. Return until your arms are extended.
