Instructions

Step up and grasp chin up bar with an overhand grip. Keep your arms extended so that you are in a hanging position. Pull body up until chin is above the bar. Return until your arms are fully extended.

Tip

You can keep your knees bent throughout this exercise, but be sure to keep your torso in a straight position.
