Instructions

Thread a powerband through an overhead bar. Standing on a platform, place one foot inside the band, and grasp the bar with a wide overhand grip. Step off the platform and allow your body to hang with your arms extended. From here pull your body up until your chin is above the bar. Return until your arms are fully extended, then repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips

Do not allow your shoulders to round in when pulling yourself up, keep your chest up high. Lower the resistance of the band as your strength increases.
