Instructions
Stand with a shoulder width stance, holding a medicine ball above your head. Forcefully slam the ball down on to the ground in front of you as hard as possible. The deadball won't bounce and will stay on the ground in front of you. Squat down to pick it up, ready to slam it again. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
When slamming the ball, you can come up on to your toes. Using triple extension; extending your hips, knees and toes, which will allow for a more explosive movement.
