Instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with a slight bend in your knees. Hold the dead ball in both hands at your chest level. Eplosively extend your arms, throwing the ball straight and forward as far as you can. The throw should be forceful but controlled. Run over to the ball to throw again for the desired number of repetitions.

Tip

This exercise can be made easier or harder depending on the weight of the ball.
