Instructions
Sit on a bench with an upright dumbbell placed to the side. Lie back on the bench with your upper back supported and grasp the dumbbell in both hands. Keeping your arms long with a slight bend in the elbows, push the dumbbell up over the chest, towards the ceiling. Keeping your head in a neutral position and core braced, lower the dumbbell behind your head until you feel a stretch in your lats and chest muscles, then pull the dumbbell back up to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number or repetitions.
