Instructions
Thread a band around a door handle or hand rail and then thread a light bar or broomstick through the band. Take a wide grip with the bar and step back. The further back you go, the harder the pulldown will be.
Bracing your core, hinge at your hips to lean over so that your torso is at a 45 degree angle. From here, keeping your arms straight and your shoulders back and down, pull the bar as far as you can towards your body. Control the bar back up to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
Increase the resistance by adding more or stronger bands, and decrease the resistance by using lighter bands.
