Instructions

Stand facing a bench or step, holding a dumbbell in each hand. With feet shoulder width apart, step up on to the bench with one foot. Focus on driving up through your whole foot to bring your body up, then place the other leg on the bench. Step down with the opposite leg. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then repeat on the other side.

Tips

For some people, this bench height may be too high. This exercise can be progressed from a lower height.
