Instructions

Place ankles under a low padded support. Place your knees on the floor or padded bench. With your hands out in front of you, lower your body by extending your knees. Once you go as far as you can, you can flex your hips and drop your body down until you are lying face down. Push yourself back up with your hands and raise your body by flexing your knees.

Tip

This exercise can also be performed on a specific glute-hamstring raise apparatus, which is a more advanced version of the exercise shown.
