Instructions

Lie face down on the floor. Raise yourself up by extending your arms, locking your elbows. Keep your legs together and your spine in a neutral position. Be sure to have your elbows and shoulders aligned. Keep your body straight without it allowing to sag. In this position, cross one knee under your body, and return to start, then cross the other knee under your body. Return to the start and repeat.
