Keg Overhead Lift

Instructions

Stand with your feet hip width apart. With the keg lying on its side, bend down and grab the rims on each side. Your arms should be long and knees slightly bent and your abdominals braced. Explosively lift the keg up, rotating it towards you as you are straightening up. Once the keg is rotated enough so that your hands are directly below the centre weight of the keg, lift it overhead until your arms are straight. Lower the keg in the reverse order to the ground to repeat.
