Instructions
Sit on the floor with your knees slightly bent and lean back, keeping your back straight and core braced. Grasp a kettlebell with a mixed grip (one hand under and one hand over). Pick up the kettlebell and powerfully twist to the opposite side until the kettlebell touches the floor, then bring it back to the original side. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
To decrease the intensity of this exercise do not lean back as far. To increase the intensity, increase the weight of the kettlebell and/or bring your feet off the ground.
