Instructions

Sit on the floor with your knees slightly bent and lean back, keeping your back straight and core braced. With your arms straight, grasp your hands together and twist to one side until your arms are turned to the side, then twist all the way to the other side. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips

To decrease the intensity of this exercise do not lean back as far. To increase the intensity of this exercise you can perform it with your feet off the floor (as shown).
