Instructions
Sit on the floor with your knees slightly bent and lean back, keeping your back straight and core braced. Grasp a medicine ball and twist to one side until the ball touches the floor, then bring it back to the original side. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Tips
To decrease the intensity of this exercise do not lean back as far. To increase the intensity of this exercise you can perform it with your feet off the floor (as shown).
