Instructions
Stand facing a wall holding a swiss ball in both hands and place it against a wall at chest height. Remove one hand from the ball and place it behind your back. Place your other hand into the centre of the ball and move your body slightly to the side away from the ball. Keeping your elbow straight, lean on to the ball and place your feet back 3 to 4 feet from the wall. Keeping your body in a straight line, lower your body towards the wall by bending your elbow. Lower until your elbow is bent to approximately 90 degrees and push yourself back out to the starting position.
