Instructions
Begin by kneeling parallel to the cable machine, knees hip-width apart. Grab the cable pulley with both hands at chest level. Brace your core and press the cable in front of your chest. Hold for a second and then return your hands to your chest and repeat for desired amount of reps. Repeat on the other side.
Tips
This is the kneeling type of Pallof Press. The exercise can also be performed half kneeling and also in a standing stance. Do not allow your body to twist towards the band when pressing. Keep your core braced to avoid rotating your body.
